FPSO Project Manager

Overview

Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams on FPSO projects with client and subcontractors.

Scope of work

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for FPSO projects.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across all project phases.
• Act as main focal point for client, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage interfaces, resource needs, and subcontractor performances.
• Review scope changes and assess impacts on cost and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, HSE, and quality standards.
• Lead progress meetings and report on performance, risks, and actions.
• Coordinate completion, handover, and project close-out activities.

Key requirements

• Experience on at least two FPSO projects
• Demonstrated project management or senior project leadership experience within FPSO developments
• Strong understanding of FPSO project execution and interfaces across engineering, procurement, fabrication, integration and commissioning
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors and client expectations
• Strong capabilities in planning, cost control, risk management, change management and contract administration
