Overview

Provide leadership for FEED through EPCC, commissioning and start-up phases of the RGT Project.

Scope of work

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the planning, execution and delivery of the RGT Project, including FSRU development across FEED and EPCC, while ensuring alignment with approved objectives, budget, schedule, regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on FSRU operations, integration and deployment, including interfaces between the FSRU system and onshore regasification facilities such as the jetty, pipeline and utilities.
  • Oversee FSRU chartering, conversion or newbuild activities in collaboration with shipowners and contractors, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage PMC, FEED and EPCC contractors, consultants, vendors and FSRU providers.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, regulators, project partners and other key stakeholders, and drive technical and commercial negotiations related to FSRU and terminal development.
  • Establish and maintain robust project governance by developing and monitoring project budgets, schedules and risk registers; identify, assess and mitigate technical, commercial and operational risks; and report project status to senior management.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, P&IDs and HAZID/HAZOP studies, ensuring effective integration of the FSRU with pipeline and gas-distribution systems.
  • Support commissioning, performance testing, start-up and handover of the facilities to achieve safe operations.
  • Champion a strong HSE culture, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality, regulatory and company requirements.
  • Mentor and develop project team members.
  • Corporate responsibilities include anti-bribery compliance and maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information.

Key requirements

  • - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • - Minimum 12-15 years of experience in oil and gas
  • - Experience in LNG and RGT projects
  • - Senior project-management experience
